We’re based in Lancaster, PA, and serve a 50-mile radius, including Lancaster, Hershey, York, Reading, and Malvern/Exton, bringing mobile phlebotomy directly to homes, offices, and care facilities
Is your service covered by insurance?
Unfortunately, this isn’t a service typically covered under health insurance. While your actual testing may be, depending on your plan, the services of being on-site to draw your blood for that testing are not.
Do you accept HSA/FSA?
Yes, HSA and FSA payments are accepted, along with other convenient payment options for your visit.
How much of the labwork process does Sticks on Demand cover?
We handle the entire process from start to finish. After you tell us what you need, we research your lab options, place the order on your behalf, perform the draw, process your samples, and deliver them to the lab. You don’t have to manage any part of it—we take care of every step.
How long will it take to get my results?
Turnaround time depends on the lab and the specific tests ordered. Most results are available within a few days of your sample delivery. We’ll walk you through what to expect up front and make sure everything is processed and submitted correctly, so there are no unnecessary delays.
What are your standard business hours?
Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible scheduling available for early-morning or late-afternoon appointments.
Can you visit me at my workplace?
